The Kerala government issued an order on Tuesday asking all eligible Non-resident Keralites who wish to return to the state to register on the Norka-Roots website.
Kerala CM Mr. Pinarai Vijayan on his daily briefing has said the government is waiting for central ministrie’s order and directions in this regard. This will however only start once the international air travel is resumed as normal.
It also appears that the selection will be based on eligibility, the criteria of which will be laid by the central government.
